- Anyone enrolled in the HSA and/or the FSA plans will receive a debit card that can be used to pay eligible expenses

If you enroll in the Base or Buy-Down plan, ADDMAN deposits $1,000 per calendar year (prorated at $83.33 per month for employees partway into a calendar year) into your HSA plan to use or save as you wish for your healthcare needs

Flexible Spending Account
Healthcare FSA – A Healthcare FSA helps you pay IRS-approved Medical, Dental, and Vision expenses with tax-free funds. Funds are contributed pre-tax and are not taxed when used for eligible expenses. Your contribution is available in full on the first day of coverage.
Health FSA Carryover
You can now carry over up to $570 of your unused Health FSA funds at the end of the plan year. Any unused amount above the carryover limit is subject to forfeiture and cannot be cashed out or transferred to other taxable or nontaxable benefits (e.g., HSAs).
